Product Inspections

Independent product inspections are invaluable for foreign buyers with limited ability to track the production, and the need to ensure that quality standards and timelines are met. Product inspections are done during various times of the production including Initial Product Check (IPC), During Production Check (DPC), and Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI).  All inspections are conducted to prevent products that do not conform to the minimum quality standards, to ensure on-time delivery, and to verify that the product is made, packaged, and loaded according to specifications. 

PCG Asia also does random inspections as requested by buyers with customized reports - all according to what's needed for that particular scenario.
